1.     Establish and maintain customer information and records, and summarize relevant sales data, without the pressure of sales performance targets.

2. Responsible for conducting rational sales forecasts based on departmental goals, developing corresponding strategies, and achieving sales targets throughout the year.
3. Negotiate with clients, responsible for product pricing, contract signing, and related tasks.
4. Familiar with product-related technical knowledge and industry information, able to conduct initial requirement communication with clients.
5. Collect market and product information, understand clients' design requirements, and provide the basis for new product definition and development.
6. Promptly deal with customer feedback, fully coordinate internal resources to offer solutions, and boost customer satisfaction.
7. Track customer orders, maintain customer relationships, and provide other business support.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
2. Major in science and engineering, particularly in electronics, automation, power electronics, or related fields are preferred.
3. Demonstrating excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good teamwork spirit.
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written, having overseas study experience is a plus.
